Dessert tables aren’t just eye candy! At Sweet Table, we’re dedicated to finding not only the best looking, but the best tasting desserts in the world. So today, I get to introduce you to my absolute favorite part of this job. Taste testing!

We recently hit up Molly’s Cupcakes and Swirlz Cupcakes in Lincoln Park , and Alliance Bakery in Wicker Park. Wow! I just love the creamy and not too sweet frosting at Swirlz… and the “Ron Bennington” mixture of peanut butter and chocolate at Molly’s just melts in your mouth! We also had some of Molly’s homemade strawberry ice cream, which I highly recommend, and indulged in a blueberry macaron with cream cheese filling at Alliance Bakery… a hit in both taste and looks!
