Gourmet S’mores

As I mentioned in my last post, I am completely obsessed with this cute little candy/bake shop in San Francisco called Miette. Their beautifully designed store is so inspirational, and got my head swimming with party and sweet table ideas!

As soon as I saw their handmade graham crackers, I knew… I must have a gourmet s’mores party! Now, regular s’mores are nothing to laugh at, I know. The crunchy exterior followed by a gooey sugar and creamy chocolate interior. But, what if we took this to a new level? I mean, what if we used these buttery graham crackers from Miette, handmade vanilla marshmallow’s from Whole Foods, and a variety of dark/milk/espresso organic chocolates from Green and Black?

Yes, these thoughts were racing through my head as I walked through Miette and I could not contain my excitement. My husband was more excited about getting some water after walking all those San Francisco hills all day. But, once he saw (and tasted) the finished creation, he became a believer!

Just as messy as the regular s’mores!
